Whether its casual kitchen table with friends or large competitive tournaments let's talk about the worlds greatest TCG!

Anyone here play? If so tell me what deck/format if you're competitive, or if you're just casual tell me about your favorite card or colors currently!

I usually play the modern format and am currently running R/G Titanshift, can post a list later if people are interested.

I haven't played in a little bit, but I love MTG! All of my decks are most likely out of standard by now because I love the kitchen table. I also play a lot of commander at camp with my friends. I really like R/G, B/U, and B/W decks!

I used to play ygo super competitively for 6 years. Put it on the shelf, then later on picked up MTG. Decided pretty quickly that I wanted to keep it at a more casual level this time around, so I made a cube with my friends and we basically just play that. Also limited formats from time to time. I like those better - drafting or deck building on the fly just adds such a cool dimension to the game :)

Our cube is a really nicely made proxied power 9 cube - super fun to play, crazy crazy games!

I played SO MUCH yugioh as a kid!! That's really cool though, proxies are the best way to go for and expensive cube and drafting with friends is super fun!

Nice! Commander is what I usually play more casually, I have an awesome treefolk tribal commander with Verdeloth the Ancient as my general!

Big fan of Magic the Gathering, fun fact: I started Atlantic Kendamas with money from selling 4x "Force of Will"

Prefer Green/White, Red/White, Mono Green. Depends on the set of course. Played for years but had to stop because It's too expensive to keep playing standard. Hearthstone is where it is at now.

Haha neat fact! It was definitely worth to unload those forces before they got reprinted.
Standard is how I started out, but it is ridiculously expensive to keep up with which is why I prefer modern now. I maybe had to drop a little more money all at once, but I'll have a playable deck for a very very long time!
I also love Hearthstone! I don't have any friends who play magic anymore so aside from the occasional tournament here or there I don't get to play as much as I'd like, hearthstone definitely helps me get my tcg fix, but there's something about physical paper cards I really love.

That's so cool! Crazy how those four pieces of cardboard created such a great dama company!

    Thanks ;)

We should play Hearthstone some time! What deck are you running right now?

I always loved playing Allies or anything with counters in MTG. Khans, Dragons and Origins was fantastic for green decks that would build massive monsters off of counters. Love that style of play. I absolutely detest anything blue. I can't stand being countered and then beat with one or two creatures...
