Like the title says... anyone rock the colour fades? I've always thought they were kinda weird looking on most setups, but I've seen a couple that were rad! Lets get some pics going in here
Yeah I don't know if I do or not yet. I just strung one up on a kendama I'm been modifying... I'll have to take a pic when I get home.
I don't have any. I have more string than I'd like to admit. I don't think I'll be buying colored fades any time soon. They do look cool though, I have to admit
I really want to know where @Shanedama gets his color strings. He always has one on most of his new Analogs.
I think it really just depends on your setup.. I'm not really into them unless they were a sweet brown hue fade mixup for a killer grained natty . But , I like pairing up my solids up with another eye popping primary color ....but again just my opinion , I'd like to see some pics of one's that do though . Slay on !
Damn this looks more like it https://m.aliexpress.com/s/item/324...-NCN7S&spm=2114.40010708.4.82.apXD0b#autostay
I don't think I can rock the color fade. Seems a little juvenile to me. But that's just me and the colors ive seen.
My first kendama had a colour fade string. Not a great fan of these. I guess they kinda remind me of some cheap underwhelming fair toys you can buy at seaside stands. Changed it to a mono color string the first day.
I think on a natty they could look good, but I struggle to like any string other than standard white.
I think it depends on the setup, but personally I think it's a bit too much, I'd rather use a black string
These are intense. Su Lab got a few in years back. They were more like cord. Very stiff. Never twisted up. But I'm not gonna drop 32 bucks for a pack of 6!
Color fades do get away with it on full natty, but those bright safety gear colors are a bit much of my eyes. We left the 80's over 3 decades ago!
