Forgot my keys, laptop, and crappy wallet. College student edc. Looking for a nice slim bifold and a better watch currently.
I have a different EDC depending on where I am but in Manila I usually have some combination of the below. When I travel I usually try to carry things that I won't really miss if they are given away, lost, or stolen. Plantronics BackBeat Fit, Suunto X6 (discontinued), Bill's Urban Wallet, Fox 40 Micro Safety Whistle, LRI Photon 3 green covert, Fenix L1D flashlight with forward clickie switch conversion, Cetacea tool tether, Kershaw Half Ton, CRKT Shenanigan, Write in the Rain notebook, Sharpie Metal. (not pictured Samsung Note 4, Camelbak Eddy bottle, and bag of the day)
Love it, what a nice touch to a great knife. I have seen some with the snapon logo, was there something more ornate?
@amagad Nah, but the first one of these I saw had the Snap-on logo and I thought the wrench clip was part of that package; turns out it's on all of them I've seen.
AroundSquare Titan natty Begleri, Kendama/Ken Tsuna, Leather Field Notes wallet, Fisher Space Pen, Marker, Iphone 6, Kengarden kendama holder. Maybe even more so than my Canadian friends the laws down here in Australia are very strict so unfortunately no knife for me, as much as i wish i could carry one even as a design student who is constantly in and out of a workshop it would not be something i would want to be caught with even with the justification.
Sorry to hear that. I use a knife (and flashlight) so frequently that I feel naked without them. If I'd been born a cat it'd be a different story. From an old Spyderco catalog:
Fruit punch cusion clear maple stripe on a maple 2.0 Kaizen ken, my baby, snacks, changing pad, water, and a whole lotta fun!
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA i love it when you just casually mention your baby after your kendamas. Like, "oh hey, here are my beloved kendamas, and uhh, my baby and other things."
As promised, here's my updated EDC for 2017! Item list: Top Row, L-R: Krom Kendama Thorkild May Pro Model Casio Edifice EF-527D-7AV Apple iPhone 6s Plus olloclip 4-in-1 lens Røde VideoMic Me Studio Neat glif Generic extendable mini tripod Bottom Row, L-R: Monologue A6 blank note book + Pilot Drawing Pen 0.1 Denon AH-C100 Maui Jim Makaha Polarized
The olloclip is certainly great for a compact, mobile setup! Same goes for the Røde, it's great for compact setups, where vlogging, dialogue and close-ups are key! The sound is decent, but i'm thinking of adding a lav mic, paired to a Zoom H1 for muuuuch better audio.
Does the "dead cat" interfere with wide angle or fisheye recording? They are on opposite sides, so I assume it's out of range, but that fisheye is pretty good!!
