RWB looks like such a good company. I want one soo bad. Definitely one of the most underrated companies out there. Also, Fujin Kendamas. They absolutely slaaaay and really cheap too. Everyone here should go check them out www.fujinkendamas.com
Honestly shin fujii is super underatted. They don't have the quality control of ozora or tk, but the birch natty is super tacky compared to other Japanese natural tamas.
I hope you enjoy them man! The classics are soooooo good! Not quite sure of the OG since i havent played one yet but i'm sure you'll let us know the experience!
Yeah for sure I will. Loving them both so far, very surprised and impressed with the OG! Really great kendamas!!
I gotta say laced kendamas have been supporting the scene hard. Guy sent me string with spinners just for asking.
I second this recommendation, I've found pnw, Lyon, and yancy customs thanks to this thread. All fantastic quality kens which I seem to play with more than larger named brands. Edit: oops I assumed, the link referenced was the one I was thinking, here it is: https://www.downspike.com/threads/underrated-kendama-companies.1649/
@DarsDama Merged similar threads. The newer thread was recently dredged up from the past so it seems a bit odd; the previous last post had been Dec 26. @amagad @Nick Lectura Thanks for pointing out the original thread.
I would say the KUSA Classics and RWB. Natty Classics from KUSA ARE AMAZING! They break in like a dream. RWB GRAIN GRAIN GRAIN GRAIN
Yo, don't sleep on Cereal Kendama and Su-Lab thooo These two (especially Su-Lab) are the bob-omb! Su custom-paints his tamas as well, and his coats are killer!
