That's a nice one! I have the same one on the fruit punch OG laced to a maple Kaizen 2.0. Mine weighs 77g.

 

Just got this bad boy for $40...No noticable defects that I could tell. Never owned a Spectraply before but I am super happy with my purchase. Hands down the best Mystery Kendama I have ever gotten. SWEETS FOR THE WIN!!!

 

Man you are a lucky sob. I hope i get something like this. I really want it to be a grapevine with like a wine tama. That would be sick. I'll post when I get mine.

 

oh that would be nice. I always thought the grapevine would look cool with a solid gray cushion but that wine sounds bad ass. I was sorta hoping for a goblin but didnt know and then bam thats what I got and Im super happy. The tama is some sorta one off gloss tama but its nice as can be. It has zero paint chips.
I just noticed in the picture that you can actually see the reflection of me taking the picture.

 

Hell yea man. That's awesome for 40 bucks. I'm hoping mine is as bad ass as yours. And a gray tama would look sick. I have one so maybe it'll all work out. Either way it'll be cool bc I don't have any spec. Stuff.

 

Yeah I got a spec tama, a fruit punch with maple stripe cushion as a mystery homegrown tama and was stoked. It has been an awesome tama and thats why I went in on the mystery spec. Good luck man, let me know what you get when it comes in later this week.

Did you get a complete box? Pin, string, bead, bandana?

 

I didnt get a pin or a bandana but I got an extra string, bead, stringing tool (which are always useful), and sunglasses, but I wear normal glasses so i gave them to my two year old son and he has been rocking them.

 

They sent you a pair of sunglasses?

 

Yeah, green and black with the sweets logo on the ear arms.

I wouldn't be mad at all if i got the same one you did. Prolly throw a different tama on there. But I guess we will see. Yours is next gen right?

 

Yeah its next gen. I like the tama a lot and I usually dont like icy tamas at all but for some reason even though it is icy the ken grabs it very well. I landed a lunar first try on it.

 

Nice. I've heard the next gens tend to get longer spikes bc the sarado scoots down with play. Do you think that is going to happen with yours?

 

The spike is fairly long but we will see how it breaks in...only time will tell.
