FAQ & troubleshooting - What do you think of Downspike?

Is there a place where all staff members are listed? This is all I've seen:

 

Previously on the app, i could easily refresh a page by pulling it down, and letting it go (rubber-banding).
It seems that this feature is not available when i wanna refresh the main page (where it shows all the forums)?
Now i’m forced to quit the app and relaunch it to get it to reload.

Latest build, running iOS 11 though.

 

@amagad @lategreat808 the SSL cert error was supposedly resolved. Do you get it on any specific pages or just randomly? How often? Mobile only, right? any other info?


@Congarranza @azleonhart Are you on iPhone? Forum refresh works for me on android.

When i opened the app yesterday, it went bonkers. Kept showing this:

Can anything be done to help the search function? It doesn't seem to be as helpful as it could be finding threads.

I just got a "The search could not be completed because the search keywords were too short, too long, or too common." when searching for: "if you could have only one" and "just one" and "only one" but "Only one" gave me "no results found" (only difference was the O vs o) This was while using the "Search Titles Only" check box.

That’s usually one way to attract more likes to it, but at the same time, try not to reply to posts for the sake of it (like with “coooool!”, or “me too”, or “yeah”).
