How does one stop email updating me about replies?

Sorry guys, I just don't need email letting me know there's been a reply all day. I don't even have notifications for the FKC so how do I stop recieving emails about the forums?

Here's one way i know: Top right of an individual thread, click "Unwatch Thread"

Alex nailed it. You go to your personal settings and go into notification settings, click the radial box next to every kind of thing that alerts you via email. I limited mine down so it's not as obnoxious. Just a few too many updates from a still growing online community about all and every thing. All good though, growing pains are to be expected with a new forum.
