KendamaGames! (aka Karo Kendama,.) A pretty much small company located in Romania which produces pretty good kendamas w/ a price of <$15,and a pretty nice quality(mostly suited for beginners, people w/ low budgets.)
Forgot about royal kendama from uk. Also i used to jam a lot of eagle kendamas, but i think they are out of business too now
I took the family to Disney last year and they had a Duncan Yo-Yo booth there , they also have their own Kendama brand now ....also if anyone's ever been on Ebay ....the king of cheaper kendamas but they probably sell a crap-ton is Caleb Kendamas...
New Toy in Town! They were a brand from Romania that Oase helped start up years ago Shukar Kendama. Also from Romania, made in China tho Deathray Kendama (RIP). Maybe the first brand to make resin kendamas? Guy running it was kinda shady though..
http://skilltoyz.com/kendama/ formerly Kendama-World have their own brand called Dragon Kendama This is probably the site where most European players used to get their OG mugen and Ozoras back in the day. They still have some OG Ozora listed too. Ultra Kendama from Denmark (RIP) Croix also Denmark I believe. Wizzard kendamas Steeze There are loads!!!!
Something for the RIP section: Klack Kendamas. They used to make really good customs, but the owner reportedly was a shady guy, and the company went under eventually.
BLK kendama to the RIP zone. I did like their dama of the day back then. Also, Side 7 studio too! they used to make some interesting looking kens edit: and Kendama MPLS add to the active list! French Touch kendamas? I mean i havent seen stuff as of late so I guess inactive as of now? and I think zoot kendamas should be under RIP. I think they had a "Goodbye" post within the past few months.
Good thread. Since you're listing company names maybe you could put the company and the brand that they represent if it's not obvious like: Yamagata Koubou (Ozora/Taisei/Taiyo) Tamiwa Toy (TK16 Master/Junior) Hakushinsya (Shinfuji/Minna no Kendama) Kashimaya Toy (Meijin Takumi) Gentosha (Stars/Hajimete no Kendama). [all are current JKA kendama makers] Also you might have a look in these threads for others: Fresh Kendama Companies European Kendama Companies Underrated Kendama Companies
Some minor corrections/additions: IWATA MOKKO Inc. is how he's got his company listed on his site in English. In Japanese it's a bit different, Kabushikigaisha Iwata mokkō or Iwata Woodworking Co., Ltd. translated. (Mugen musou brand) Ozora does not use "double O" when writing their name in Romanized characters. For confirmation check the listing of their current app and website. Kashimaya Toy renamed their Meijin Kiwami to Meijin Takumi earlier this year.
