Well, I don’t have dry ice, so I’m gonna leave it in the fridge for a day and hope for the best.

Jesus dude, that’s extreme. Really awesome that you worked that out though. Mine was stuck but definitely not as bad. I was able to wrench it off eventually.
Question, is your E1 really light? Mine I’m certain ways under 135g. Haven’t gotten around to getting an exact weight yet.

One other thing I forgot to mention, partly because it could very well lead to destruction, is a strap wrench. It wouldn't help with pulling but it could help get a solid grip for twisting. If the ones you use are like these however you might want to get some light colored anti-slip rubber padding (like goes under a rug) between the wood and the strap to protect from black marks.

Yeah definitely don't do this at home unless you have sufficient chemistry experience and even then take caution. Cryofluid can cause frost burn upon contact.

Q: why use isopropyl instead of acetone? Easier availability? When I worked in a lab we used acetone for dry ice baths iirc

Iso and dry ice gets colder than acetone and dry ice...by about 30 degrees or so. And yes, it is also cheaper and easier to get a hold of.

I used the freezer but that didn't work on my E1 so I poured some mineral oil on the holes and threw it in the freezer for ~30minutes and after that a good pull got it off.
I now sanded the Ken with some 80 & then 800grit so it works great now
