My Kendama collection is growing fairly fast and I am looking to get something different at this point. I got a Sweets sumo but I want something ALOT bigger, so big I need two hands to do some tricks. Preferably new, however slightly used would be fine. I know this will be pricey and probably really hard to find. Money is not an issue though, kendama is my life. Somebody please help me out.
I wish. I saw an IG post of bonz slaying this enormous slaydawg, and thats the biggest dama I've ever seen. They obviously aren't for sale, though. I think there are these things called emperor mugens, so you may try to find one of those. good luck.
Something that size is what I want! Ozora has the emperor super jumbo, I don’t think it’s quite as big as I’m wanting though. Thank you, I know I’m going to need a lot of luck to find one.
Every once and a while I used to search as deep as I could online for a KROM xxxl but have never found one for sale. Its been like 4 months since the last time I did. Good luck though!
Just found this...https://global.rakuten.com/en/store/yo-yo/item/kendama-krom-xxxl/ Didn't look to see what country etc.
While not the biggest kendama out there we've been using one of these for the last couple of years for events and it's worked out well. You'll go through strings though so get extras, we've got some kevlar ones for the next time it breaks. Bahama Kendama Kenzilla
@Flipp615 if you wanna snag some jumbos, get the Sunrise at $40 each at KUSA! I invested in a couple for my performances, and voila, free worldwide shipping!
@Flipp615 Atwood Rope: 1.18mm Micro Cord Kevlar comes in a few colors. I used their "regular" micro cord rated to 100 pounds and it works but still carry spares so figured I'd try out the kevlar; still haven't swapped it though. I'm not sure which will hold up better to repeated shock so I have both. One other thing is completely deburr all string holes. I was snapping cord at the tama because of a rough spot. Also I found that the sarado slip fix technique that uses a hair or orthodontic elastic helps keep the sarado in place. Mine was strung like an Ozora with an external knot below the sarado so when the tama jerks at the end of the string it tends to pull up on the sarado loosening it.
Yamagata dude. https://enjyu001.stores.jp/items/56aac7a8ef337730f3003c51 The KROM XXXL is bigger than this but sadly I don't think any store has them for sale anymore.
