What did you TRY to land today?

I tip wet a mooncircle fast juggle downspike fast hand but it’s fine because I couldn’t even imagine doing that trick before today.

 

I spent yesterday working on quite a few things namely Lighthouse in, J-stick, and Bird. I’ve hit all those, the one I haven’t been able to hit yet though is Turntable— I am pretty sure I’ll get it in a few more days though, I can feel myself getting closer.

Around Underbird Basecup to Lighthouse Tradespike. Frustrating af.

 

Tried something super out of my element today.

Swing lighthouse, Lighthouse flip, swap ghost, spike tap back to lighthouse.

Didn't get anywhere close though.

 

I’m going for around USA downspike but haven’t even gotten past the second earth turn yet. I can do around Europe downspike but the Sara grip earth turns are hard to get consistently.

 

1up lighty, insta tradespike, base cup, 1.5 flip to lighty, juggle, 1.5 in

 

BUMP! I was chasing 2 tricks today:

1. Cloud Bounce; and
2. 4 Tap.

Got pretty close with both but I'll save my energy for another day. Stacking clips for Roddama's New Year, New Edit contest.

 

I hit 2 tricks Sunday that were on my List of tricks to hit 2021.. started grinding on them late 2020.
1) Swing Bird OTV Special
2) DownSpike, Penguin Bird, DownSpike

both are old KWC tricks that I’ve always wanted to land and hit them both in front of a real cool mural Sunday while out walking.

I've been trying to hit ken flip for the last week. There's just some disconnect from when I practice flipping the ken while holding the tama, to the actual big cup - kenflip - big cup.

 

That's a good idea, thanks! I'll give that a try and keep that in mind.

 

New player. Have been playing about a month. Landed 1 turn lighthouse to in twice. Still trying to get the feel for lunars. Ready to chase juggles next.

 

Try some good kenflip stuff before getting into juggles, it may make them a little easier. If you’re already feeling proficient at kenflips I’d say you’re prob ready to start in some juggling chases..! Congrats on the level up and keep at it!!
