GT-1.5 Birch "Beeswax Edition"

Has anyone purchased this? Would like a review.... Also, anyone know when Grain Theory will have items in stock again? Is there a way to receive notifications? Or perhaps it is on a cycle?

 

Follow them and their pro/prospects on IG. That'll probably be your best bet. Usually it's about once a month, but RWB has tons of work to do.

 

If only I had Instagram....But, good to know it's once a month, as least I know they aren't like that forever. Sorry, who is RWB? or what...

 

I purchased the tama

 

Good to know. How long have you had it, does beeswax last for a while?

 

All gt stuff is pretty top of the line so I'm guessing the beeswax tama is real nice and will last a while. All my gt stuff has endured way more than my average damas. Except my purple heart stuff. All of it has lasted a really long time too.

 

I placed my order the other day and haven't received it yet but I believe it will be killer.

 

There is a new spectra drop coming either this week or next. The post was on GT's insta story last night so it'll most likely be this upcoming Saturday?
Looked like a new spectra color way too, totally stoked for it. Not sure if it's the GT-1 shape, GT-1.5 shape or any of the pro shapes, but I think there was a BH tama in the pic with it?

 

YES, would love the Ben Herald, super sick. Honestly, I just want the oak set up they have. Never seen that wood anywhere, before.

 

The only oak I've ever had was the Sol Flow Oak halfsplit. They have a full oak Sol Flow as well. It's pretty good, but I heard it splinters really bad. Never jammed mine that hard though before I gifted it to my buddy.
I wanna say that Terra Kendama has/had oak setups too.

 

You missed out @theinfamouspits . They had the oak 1.5s on there for a while before they sold out. Just gonna have to wait some more I reckon.

RWB is the manufacturer that produces Grain Theory, Kendama USA Crafts, and their own line of kendamas. A lot of these are sold out for the moment, so I'm sure RWB is cranking gears to get inventories up and running again.

 

Yes! So looks like an NS mod with a BH tama? Normally I wouldn't go for the NS shape but really loving this color way.

I'm of the thought, that because they make gt and craft, their own kens have to be phenomenal. And doesn't Rez use the same shape as rwb?

I have a hickory that is my daily jammer, have had it for months and months, and it still looks as fresh as when I first received it.
