I'm currently taking up Economics right now, and I hope to take up law after I graduate soon. I once wanted to become a musician, but after seeing so many musicians get robbed of their rights to songs by labels, I now dream of becoming an Intellectual Property Rights lawyer to help out fellow musicians in need.
Definitely double majoring and/or minoring is an option! Personally, I didn't do it when i was in college but I knew some friends that double majored in biology and another degree (most of them doubled in some kind of business degree and i think one of my other friends did Healthcare studies or something like that). If/when you have an academic adviser in college, I highly suggest talking to them about it! Most of my friends that are now in pharm school or med school either double majored in biology/business or only majored in biology or like neuroscience or biochemistry. CS is a very universal thing to learn and such a broad subject imo. I'm slightly biased because I majored in CS and think it's the best major lol. Keep in mind, CS is mainly programming and there are SO many sub topics you can specialize in like web programming, mobile, databases, game dev, AI, and so on! Honestly, I'm not sure how that would mesh with a trade of woodworking/CNC/3d modeling for making damas. I'm not very sure, but there maybe some workshops or something you can learn from outside a university setting for that.
CS is something I kinda wish I would've taken some formal courses on, though since finishing my degree I've spent a lot of time studying CS on my own. Mostly some basic programming work, networking tech, and cryptography. From an employability standpoint, I think CS is a very good field to study.
I'm looking into going into commercial diving. For college I'm thinking scltc and after enough years maybe going into sat diving. I'm young though so this'll probably change in time.
