Not your everyday kendama

@Qonnor If you're interested in what it says. . . from the top "Tanoshii" = Enjoy or let's enjoy; "Rakuraku" = easy or comfortably (as in easy to play); last but not least "kendama" which you probably already know.

There's a little black circle above the Kanji for "dama/tama" that just says "dama" in phonetics. They call that Furigana (type of writing) which is just "Hiragana" (script) written over Kanji to help people who might not be able to read the Kanji pronounce it.

 

Check the Ken Llama. It's a bit like the 44RPM Flatpack kendama.

Those are some funky kendama. I thought the Chain Chomp was PVC pipe at first glance.

 

I don't believe there is a way to post a photo from Google Search as you tried above so I modified your post to go to the Pendama as you intended.

This is the forerunner of the modern kendama called a Nichigetsu Ball from 1930, about a decade after it was patented. The string is held on by little metal staple-like wires both the tama and sarado.
