Hello! This is a question that goes out to social media-conscious players, as well as social media managers for companies. In your experience, do your social media posts have a "prime time?" Are there certain days in a week (or times in a day) where your social media posts tend to get higher reach and interaction? I've always been curious about this concept, as I have had experience in marketing events from my college days. In the Philippines, we get the most engagement on Thursday and Sunday nights, from 7-10PM. From what I have read, this is because of two factors: 1. As to the day, Thursdays are the days when people look for things to do on the weekend. Sundays are the days when people are on social media to organize their plans for the work/school week ahead. 2. As to time, people are on their social media from 7-10 PM because they want to unwind from a long day by indulging in some escapism on Facebook/Instagram/Twitter/etc. I'm curious to see if the same holds true for your respective countries and in your experience. Sound off in the comments below! Thank you!
I tend to post my clips around 2 PM PST and photos every now and then if I feel like it, maybe a few extras in between. Sometimes I get antsy and post at 1 or 2 in the morning so that the people in other countries have some time during the day to see my content, too.
I usually only post in the early AM’s when I’m actually on Social Media for the brief moment of my day.. I don’t need the most Likes or Views. I just enjoy putting myself out there for my friends to see how I express myself these days.
