Every kendama I consider to be in my collection, as of 2016. The only kendamas I own that are not pictured are the extras I keep in my car to give away and the ones I plan on selling. They're sorted by brand for the most part. Red trib was my first dama, slaydawg was my latest purchase. So much wood! All the ones i consider part of my collection. Not the best pic(s), I'd list them but that's a lot. Mostly Sol Kendamas setups.
@Nick Lectura those Aynedter mods are fresh, I've always liked his colourway. Hmm maybe I'll try to get my hands on one!
There is a guy here in Denmark who stopped counting when he had 3000 damas. No joke. And that's 2 years ago no, and I still think he is playing....
Mmm they're not super locked right away. It's one of those woods you really gotta thrash before it starts getting grippy. I've played Ben Herald's birch/walnut combo and it's super old and jammed, so I'm assuming (and hoping) that that's how all the walnut tamas turn out cause his is insanely grippy. Like it's weird how grippy it is. But yeah I would say go for walnut cause they're honestly not that bad of tamas and super underrated for playability

Troy from the Co gifted it to me when he was in town. He was in town for a weekend working an event that my friend and I were also working, and I was just playing it so much that I'm guessing he just wanted to give it to me. He gave me that OG Co sticker on it too, so that was just extra awesome of him
I focus on "American Made" I also mash up my damas to get them as close to equally weighted. Please excuse the Krom(???), Kaizen(China), #Giveadama(???), DWI Merlot Sticky AF tama(???),and Ozora(Japan).
This is my collection as of now! The two extras that are pictured are a huntsman and a beech GT (1 of 20). Also have a GTxTerra on the way!
