  Can’t seem to do lunars for the life of me, everytime I pull up it over rotates or I somehow almost land with the little cup. any tips?

    start with ken in hand (big cup facing to the inside / small cup held) release and while it swings forward it turns itself so that the big cup faces you. Pull up (utilize knees) in the same circular path the ken had been swinging and get it
