Like anyone, I love watching edits. But I especially love re-watching old classic edits over and over again. Ones that truly have withstood the test of time and never get old no matter how many times you may watch it. Link me to some of your guys' favorite classic OG edits!
These edits blew my mind when I started in 2008. It was of a level not really known to me at the time Also, next to the Freedom kendama edits by Takumi Okada, you can never forget this classic by Katsuaki Shimadera:
Hey Guys! I’ve been thinking that it would be a good idea to post some of your favorite OG dama edits here to show all the new gen players what the real dama vibes are all about (not about getting 10 tap). My personal favorites are love your basecup by Mikey schelling (insane tricks even in 2018) and count me in by Wenatchee Kendama Team (WKT). What are your favorites?
"Where We Are" is a long one but definitely a staple in the community. I also love Cristian Fraser's "Edit #9", and Kieth Matsumura's Edit 6. Another gnarly OG video is the first Sweets Stringless competition winning video- OG norx and his squad really put in some effort for that video.
One of my personal favorites when I started playing was Sweets' 2013 Summer Special edit. Vibes and tricks were on point!
@Matteo Schulz We already had a similar thread so they've been merged so everyone may see the previous replies.
Musous on a Plane!!! All of them are great, but the 1st ever Musous on a plane is still awesome. Back to a simpler time when the Mugen Musou was fresh, GT was just getting started, and kendama was a simpler game.

This man is my new idol. Such amazing consistency. I find this far more bad ass that all the new age jugs and taps. I have far more respect for someone who can do every simple trick with such ease. This could very well be my favorite "edit" of all time. My goal in kendama is to be this consistent.
Always liked this edit from Li Ho Cheung and friends. One of the first edits I saw that made me think, I wana do that! Great vibes and the Folken was a cool looking dama.
