Happy Thanksgiving to everyone. So what is your favorite Thanksgiving food? What's your least favorite? There are so many options and regional traditions I figured I'd keep the poll easy. For me turkey and pumpkin pie are top of the list when it comes to Thanksgiving but on this side of the planet it's kind of hard to find turkey more often than not so I have to adapt. Sometimes that means a turkey sub from Subway. . . if I'm lucky. Oh and candied yams or sweet potato anything is at the bottom of my list. As for what I'm thankful about that's easy. I'm thankful to be connected to a sport that is so fun, and relatively easy, to share. And for those wanting a flashback. . . Norx with "Turkey Sandwich."
pumpkin pie and then mashed potatoes mixed with stuffing and/or cornbread with gravy on top! Delicious.
Sometimes it's hard to find turkey on this side of the planet. So you do what you have to do. Here’s my Thanksgiving dinner this year. Tomato Parmesan bagel with home-made bacon jam, black pepper mayo, sharp cheddar on turkey Spam with shredded cabbage. Dried cranberries and minced beef croquet on the side; was supposed to be potato croquet but I goofed when shopping and grabbed the wrong thing. No pumpkin pie to be found, shocker. Actually brought the Spam, cranberries, and cheddar from Manila on my last trip.
