Thought it might be cool to have a place with a bunch of videos about how kendama are made and/or the story behind them. If you've got a favorite post it here.
If you click on the little icon seventh from the right that looks like a film clip then put in the link to the video that should take care of embedding most popular site's videos here. ***I went ahead and fixed this one for you.***
Does anyone know of a video of a CNC created kendama? I remember seeing something a while back but I can't find it anywhere now.
I found this one: That said, the JAC video you posted above is a way better example of a CNC created kendama imo. I've been wondering about 3d printed kens recently. Any leads on those?
Thanks for posting the video. As for 3D check here: Crappy 3D model , Kendama Blueprints, Side Seven Studio 3D (printed ken) There was another thread with printed examples but I can't seem to find it right now.
@BenWunderlich cool pix of kendama making so I've merged your post with this thread also showing the making of kendama. Did you take the photos? Where is the factory?
The factory is in China. I did not take the pics. They were sent to me from a manufacturer. He claims he’s the manufacturer for KUSA, but idk
Possibly. We are currently working on a bi-monthly kendama box that would showcase small and large companies.
I remembered asking Nobu about it, just after Catch & Flow last year.. Wonder what happened to that project.
