    Tj has embodied a dedication to Kendama and strong work ethic for several years. He has continued to progress his Kendama play, as well as developing skills in videography and editing, helping with the Kusa social media, and hosting Kendama events around the globe. Tj's enthusiasm and motivation for Kendama has been an inspiration to countless Kendama players around the world.

    In this edit we return to his roots in Lake Tahoe, and follow his Kendama journey to present day in San Diego, California.

    someone want to help me out. new school tricks vs old school tricks? thinking that new school are string and juggle tricks. cup tricks =new school?

    @Almostgets Eh.. There's no real fine line between new school vs. old school tricks. If I were to say anything, yes string, juggle, tap style tricks are centered around the new generation of players. Old school players focused more on understanding kendama, expanding the variety of tricks possible, and leveling up with cup juggling, balance tricks and spacewalks. We as old school players ( I for myself) started playing when 20 or less people around the world actually played seriously. I see now that old school tricks are being combined with new school tricks as a result to some of the best Kendama players in the world.
