I live close by in Washington and I could sell you an analog kendama that’s barely used. Hit me up if interested
Hey, has Anyone ordered from kendama senses at all? How long did it take for you to get your package?
Search on YouTube for Rachel Aikema she has a collection of kendamas and is usually up for selling older pieces like Kenco stuff I believe she still had some of
So I just ordered my first Maple Craft! What should I expect and how different is tracking on a natty?
Welcome to the Craft Life! On a natty, tracking won't be as obvious because the only guides you can rely on at most are burn lines (as opposed to painted kendamas where you can easily track the hole because of contrasting colors). However, it's still very serviceable and you can track the hole no problem once you get used to it.
Would a bright string help? I’ve done that before when I have had a tama with bad tracking. I am excited to play a maple natty. I’ve played a hickory one and it felt really brittle honestly.
@AyyAron I wouldn't know since I'm not really a fan of changing the string on my kendamas, but if you think it'll help you then it's worth a shot. :)
@Air whip If it were all pros, why do people leave their sponsors? Example DWesty and Scags left KUSA recently.
Scags left I think because he wanted to jam damas from other companies but could only post clips with KUSA damas, idk for sure. He might mentioned something in a dama podcast he did, maybe Dama Nerds?
