small cup, downspike, down earth, big cup, downspike, down earth, base cup, trade to lighthouse, inward LH flip, trade downspike, downspike whirlwind.

If you get this before I do then super props

 

heres one- juggle up to lighthouse-> lighthouse flip-> trade downspike fast hand-> j-stick downspike fasthand.

naw, sorry, don't have insta. And also, you can alter that trick, because its kinda hard, so you can like not do the bird and nightgale flips if you want or something like that.
