I guess my hands are pretty middle-ground, maybe a little on the sweaty side, but not really that much. Otherwise I def get my sweat on...
Full time first string member of team sweaty palms! Slingers turn noticeably faster when its cold out, or before I get warmed up and let the juice loose. When it's really cold though, it can be really hard to adjust to just how fast the slingers sling. In that situation it's best to shake hands with your sweatiest friend, or perhaps give him a big pat on the back. For anybody having trouble breaking in a natty, just bring your tama with you to the gym. After someone finishes a set, offer to wipe down their equipment for them with your tama. It'll be honed in no time, and you may inspire other gym members to get into kendama!
