Biking (racing cyclocross, road), bike polo, dumpster diving, comic books, vegan cooking, bike camping,
I’ve had tons of hobbies, many I’ve stopped but can still pick up on the drop of a hat. But my main hobby besides Kendama is coffee
Cycling, MTB, fixed gear, anything bicycle related, motorcycles, running, yoga... and then we’ve got yo-yos and kendama lol
Lego/wood Puzzle boxes, K'nex guns, Longboard, Custom twill patches, Magic and of course, video games in no particular order. I listen to D&B music on a daily basis and I'd like to maybe create some in the future.
I do a lot of different skill toys like fingerboarding, skateboarding, longboarding, juggling, cardistry, monkey knuckles, begleri, and yoyoing. (talk about a run on sentence)
Before kendama I was heavy into playing music (marching band 3 years in college, guitar and ukulele and singing) and drawing. Still do these but not as much as before. I actually learned how to throw cards about 5 years ago (2 years before I picked up kendama) but just recently have gotten more interested and involved with it. Building gunpla (Gundam plastic model kits). Again, something I don't do that much but whenever I get a new kit it's just so much fun and addicting to build them (currently just straight builds but definitely interested in trying my hand at customizing). Wood burning, which is something I picked up because of kendama and lets me combine my drawing skills with customizing tamas and kens.
Trumpet. It's the only instrument I played before that I do not still play as I sold my trumpet to a buddy of mine who was an assistant director my first year of college with the Blue Thunder Marching Band at Boise State Univ.
Lol if it counts, since I've started playing kendama, Whisky has been a big hobby of mine. Not to get drunk, of course, but tasting different whiskies and appreciating different bottles is an amazing thing (except for my wallet).
