Jam every day for starters. But I start my first sesh of every day with a specific set up warm ups. Big cup, spike x20 Small cup, spike x20 Base cup, spike x20 Spike x20 Swing spike x20 Big cup, small cup x50 Moshikame as long as I can x3 Airplane x20 Lighthouse x20 Lunar x20 If I ever miss more than 3 of any trick in a row, I start that trick over. I also randomly throw earth turns and j-sticks to keep it fun. Usually try a whirl after #20 of a trick. All of this helps keep your basics super consistent and by the time you accrual start to sesh, you are so honed it's insane.
I string flow every day! Helps me find transitions from one spacewalk trick to another, and keeps my flow creative.
