Questions about Bamboo Kendamas

The new bamboo Kaizen 2.0's are dope! To add to this, the bamboo laminate is much better than before. If anyone previously had, or played one of the old KUSA Tribute bamboo's when they were first released (late 2012 - early 2013??) The laminate was polished or coated with something that made it super slick and felt almost plastic. The new ones definitely feel more raw and natural. I'm not sure when exactly KUSA improved the bamboo laminates, but if anyone was turned off by it before because of the slickness it's definitely worth trying out again!

Yes the new wyatt Bray is very Nice but compared to the old wyatt Bray the dama isn't as sticky, but the ken is very Nice, is really light and also the texture is not slick.

 

2.0 Kaizen Bamboo is the Shiz! I've destroyed one of them and theres no more basecup haha.

 

ive recently been thinking about getting a bamboo kendama, I might also just use the ken IF ITS A NATTY because I have a tama that would look nice with it. But anyway we're can you find a quality bamboo kendama?

 

Kusa, I think krom might have one. I know kusa has a few. And the 2.0.

Kendama usa has a bamboo in their 2.0 shape, which will be pretty great if you buy it. 2.0 is one of the most jammable shapes out there

I have a Krom bamboo, and it is an insane dama. Tacky as hell when you rub your sweat and oils into it, the ken has an almost horizontal lunar balance (without sacrificing decent slingers), and the bevel is fairly big.

Best selling point of the dama is its clack. Loudest clack in the game. <3

 

I love bamboo. Light, crisp, and has a great clack.

 

Like everyone else above, I have to say that KUSA and KROM have some of the best bamboo damas in the game. The Shenzhu versions were really nice as well, but they're not being produced anymore. #ripkenco

 

I was looking at kendama Israel and they had some bamboo damas. I haven't heard anything about the quality of their products yet but they have cool designs.

 

Kendama Israelrecently came out with some super cool looking bamboo kendamas. Idk where you can buy them though
