Like most advanced players when they juggle they just cradle it in their hand and give a light toss. But when you are learning to spike you can grab they while tama with all fingers and it holds it still better, for me at least. Not very good at explaining it and I'm not the best at juggles but if you have questions feel free to ask
Pretty sure you already got a thread going about this topic dude! Since this thread is kind of related to the other one, just use/edit that thread instead of making a brand new one http://www.downspike.com/threads/tama-control-on-juggles.581/
@Jun. I forums work best when you keep building on previous threads, rather than starting new ones all the time
@htimSxelA @Nick Lectura Sorry! I made this one first first and I really wanted answers and everyone did the poll but not so many answers so I thought I would make another one. Read your ground rules thread yesterday and I'll try my best to follow the rules
@Dwesty @JERO a breakdown of jugs and other advanced tutorials etc could be sick in 1000fps. u guys have that capability?
I don't think Jero has a 1000 fps cam, but I'm sure its something Jake could rent for the next round of tutorials. (I say that having 0 knowledge of the price of such things though)
Hey guys, just a minute ago i learned how to do multiple juggles, i chased this for over half a year! It feels so good to know the way to do it, finally i could break the only-1-juggle-chain! I thought maybe some of you might be curious of what helped me to reach it: . I changed the stringlenght to 4-fingers lower than the basecup . Instead of flipping the ken up I managed to make a round-tossing-towards-me-movement, what helped me to flip the ken faster and more precise . The slow-kenflip-style of flipping as some people suggest, didnt work for me, its a very different movement, cause you have to be able to catch and toss the ken up again I hope this might help some of you chasing multiple juggles! @DaKaiz3nWizard Yes! Been there, done that! :-D Ps. Realised that this thread is about hole control and not about multiple juggs, could some one move my comment?
I honestly don't think you need 1000fps. Have you seen a 240fps (iPhone) slowed down to 10%? It is a substantial slowdown. Not like we're filming bullets here, I think you'd be able to see everything kendama-wise quite well.
Haha I could multiple juggles in 2 months but the hole control was everywhere and I just sort of just concentrated on the Ken because the Tama is easy to juggle but the Ken catching and throwing can be very awkward and the timing sometimes throws me off. Tama control is way harder for me than multiple juggles though :/.
